Manufacturing issues
If the issue is due to manufacturing, rest assured that we will cover repair or replacement fees. Please see below information about warranty exclusions.
Wear and tear
Our warranty excludes issues related to wear and tear. Fine jewellery is very delicate and some wear and tear is normal. If your pieces are worn beyond the reasonable level, we will evaluate the cost of repairs and will let you know of fees associated with your service prior to undertaking any work. Negligence
Our warranty excludes issues related to negligence. Fine jewellery is very delicate. Some materials are more susceptible to damage than others and therefore require more attention. For details on how to care for your jewellery please see our Jewellery Care page.
Diamond replacement
Within the first year of purchase we will replace melee/side/accent diamonds that are lost if upon assessment our expert decides that it is due to a manufacturing defect.
Our warranty does not include the replacement of lost focal stones. For that reason we recommend that you obtain suitable insurance for your piece.
When the warranty is void
The warranty is immediately void if you take your piece to another jeweller for resizing or any repair work. Our jewellery is delicate and requires special level of attention that generic jewellers may not be familiar with. On that note, we stress the importance of choosing the right jewellery for your lifestyle.
